Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-working item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will need a photo and a short video (for electronic items) to understand the issue better.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

- We will replace your product with the same item (based on availability)
- Replacement will be completed within 30 days after verification
- Please note that refunds are not available for such cases
