At Tagomago, we ensure quality products and smooth customer service. Please read our policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or non-working item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange, please provide:

- Clear photos of the issue
- A short video (required for electronic items)

Exchange Policy

After verification, we will replace the defective product with a new item of the same product (subject to availability) within 30 days.

Refunds are not available for damaged or technical issue cases, and such products are eligible for exchange only.

Electronic Items

For electronic products, video proof showing the defect is required. After verification, an exchange will be issued.

Conditions

- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories
- Products are not refundable; only eligible cases will be replaced through exchange
- Replacement will be processed within 30 days after successful verification
- Exchange is subject to inspection and approval
- Issues caused by misuse, physical damage, or customer handling are not eligible
